Fair pricing, quick clean service bays and friendly techs who don't seam to mind a "leaner" watching them make the work look easy. Happy to answer a question or two as well to ease your mind on what is happenning to your bike. Very knowledgable about the Suzuki line of bikes as well as Ducati. Their love of cycling comes through in the quality of their repairs and the time that they take to match up your replacement parts to the performance and style of riding. Even have a nice rack in service to safely keep your helmet while service is performed. Due to them allowing me to "lean" on the garage bay door frame to watch as my repairs arebbeing done I have continued to returned here time and again. A nice experience all in all." "My experience with the service department was made much more pleasant by both Tim, and Keith. They both went "over and above" to help me with my Kymco. Although my experience with Kymco was far less than notable, I would be pleased to deal with Keith and Tim, as their level of service was to be praised. Tim bent over backwards to please, and Keith took the painstaking time to really "dial in" the scooter....explaining in deatil all along the way what he was doing and why. Thanks gentleman!"
